Used these folks on the recommendation of one of their competitors when they had a backlog and we needed timely service. This Jim Whaley's branch was great. I dealt with Kelly and Joe. They did minor brake work on my daughters Honda. They did good quality work for a competitive, transparent price, completed the job ahead of schedule, with great communication throughout. I usually do my own work but was visiting from out of town and lacked the tools required for this job. They were honest and fair, recommending nothing more than what was necessary. I would definitely use them again.

I was traveling from north Alabama with my camper on the way to the beach when we had a blowout. We put the spare on and limped to this location and arrived around 4pm. They were extremely understanding of our situation and worked quickly get me 4 new tires and put the spare back on the bumper. We were out of there within an hour and what could be been a vacation ender was merely a side adventure for our trip. Highly recommend them!

First time visiting this location and was very pleased with service. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a smile by the lady at the counter and my vehicle was quickly taken into a bay. I waited on my vehicle to be serviced with their summer promotion which was an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed of needing an alignment as well after inspection and the entire process of my service appointment took just a bit over an hour. It was a pleasant experience! The staff was pleasant to each customer who came in and phone calls received while I was present were also treated with courtesy and kindness. Wesley, my technician, was thorough with my inspection. I was pleased and will return for follow-up services as needed.
